A fully prepared center for the Ministry of Interior has been assigned in Durrat Al Bahrain which provides 24-hour of all Services such as: Police, Traffic, civil defense services and National Ambulance, at the resort on Petal island 1. Owners can request the services of Civil Defence through the hotline 17239300. The civil defense protects owners from the risks of unforeseen accidents and directs them and communicates with the relevant authorities if necessary.

Durrat Al Bahrain provides its owners with a land security service at the resort, which enables them to report any danger, confusion or violation that may occur at the resort by calling 36060827. The security of Durrat Al Bahrain takes over the situations in coordination with the relevant authorities if necessary.
