About Drm

Durrat Resort Management Company (DRM) was established in 2007 by Durrat Khaleej Al Bahrain Company, the developer of the Durrat Al Bahrain project, to carry out the management of facilities and services at the resort. It is the first company in Bahrain to specialize in this field with 100% Bahraini cadres. DRM provides all services to the owners of more than 1,200 residential villas, such as maintenance, cleaning, sanitation, security and safety, maintenance of agricultural and landscape areas, in addition to managing the owners’ requests and organizing various events that serve the residents of the resort. The company is the link between the owners of residential villas and official authorities in the Kingdom, such as municipality, electricity and water, etc.

DRM consists of several departments, namely: Security and Safety, Technical services, Work Permits, Collection, Cleaning & Landscape Management, as well as Human Resources and Finance. The company plays a major role in maintaining the beauty and efficiency of the resort at all levels so that the owners enjoy the comfort and tranquility and enjoy their time with their families, especially during weekends and public holidays, where the resort is a haven for many Bahraini and Gulf families after tough working days.

The company is managed by a board of directors consisting of members representing the developer and the owners.
