In case you need to transfer the ownership of the villa please follow these steps:
- If you already have the original title deed registered under your name, kindly contact the Collection Department in Durrat Resort Management on 77777070 to arrange a No Objection Letter, you will need to pay any outstanding service charge, submit a copy of the title deed with the new case number, copy of the new owner ID and contact information. Once the letter is signed please submit it to the Notary at the time of ownership transfer in front of the Notary Officer.
- If you still haven’t received the original title deed, kindly contact Durrat Al Bahrain – Sales Department on 7777409 to arrange a Sales Transfer Agreement, you will need to pay any outstanding service charge or other dues if still unsettled, submit a copy of the new owner ID and contact information. Both parties must sign the agreement in person at Durrat Al Bahrain office, this transaction will require a sale transfer fee.
